Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Some basic requirements are below:

Essential duties and Responsibilities

  • Friendly, reliable and motivated team members

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Stock and rotate show floor inventory

  • Point of sale

  • Previous retail cashier experience a plus

  • Knowledge of gardening practices is preferred but not required

  • Good attention to detail

  • Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor

  • Merchandising

  • Bi-lingual a plus

Warehouse Positions

  • Receive incoming freight

  • Count inventory

  • Accurately load out items for customers

  • Previous forklift/pallet jack experience a plus

  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse

Physical Demands

  • Requires ability to rapidly and constantly lift large and heavy packages and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift.

  • Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, re-stocking inventory, processing shipment and store merchandising

  • The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

  • Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions

  • Able to perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean

  • Ability to use and climb ladders

  • Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e stocking, bagging, ringing up customers, etc)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
